Sorry that it has been so long since I have gotten to post. Things have just been so crazy busy lately. Finally life has slowed down. Bowling is over and Robb multiple nights of soccer is coming to an end. Things have been good here. We are enjoying some wonderful spring weather finally. Of course I have to suffer through allergy season but I think that it is well worth it.
game, but Sunday was beautiful. Sunny and not too hot. We had a great time. I was not able to bring the camera out until Sunday but I go some good shots. The first is the pitching coach Roger McDowell. I just love the way that he is leaning on the bat. Just makes me laugh. The next is one of my favorite players Jeff Francoeur hitting. The rest are just a few of the sites from Turner field.
Hey hope that everyone is having a wonderful Easter! We spent the afternoon at Robb's parents house with all the kids. We had a easter egg hunt and a pizza. It was a fun time. We also celebrated Lilly's 5th birthday. I wanted to share with you the card I made her for her birthday. I used the chalkboard technique for the main design. It is where you stamp the design in white ink and use chalks to color lines. I liked the idea for a kids card and the cat design just I thought was fun. She loves animals too. Hope that you enjoy. The other night Robb was playing darts when I heard, "Maria get your camera." This is what I found. I am lucky to actually hit the board. I guess that we are lucky that one of us in this house is good at darts.

I almost forgot to share that coolest news. There is a radio station locally that I love. I am part of their loyal listener club. I regurally enter contests on there website. Well I entered one were I have the oppertunity to me the lead singer from the band Train, Pat Monahan. I won tickets! I took my good friend Mandy and we got to listen to an interview with him and then got to meet him. We each got an autographed poster and picture With him. Here is the picture. I liked the way it turned out.
I altered this paper mache D for a swap. I was swapping easter baskets with a very nice lady from South Carolina. She made me the best basket! I hope that she likes hers. It was fun putting together a crafty easter goodie basket. Here is a picture of the entire basket. That is all that is happening here. Hope that everyone is well.
It has been so long since I actually made a card. I was inspired because one of my co-workers is in the hospital getting surgery. I made him this card. I hope that it makes him smile and feel a little better. Hope you enjoy.
Can you believe that a week ago we had 7o degree weather. We were all cheering thinking that Spring had finally come. We had all the doors and windows open and were enjoying
the fresh air. The cats were actually sharing the windows without fighting. It was a wonderful but were we in for a surprise. This past Saturday I woke up to this, 11 inches of snow. Can you believe this. Don't you just love the Ohio Valley. Well it all melted today but by Thursday it will 65 degrees. One day I will figure out this crazy weather. Hope it is better around there for you all.
Good morning all. I have just a little to share with you today. The card that I have pictured today is for a swap where we are suppose to make a card that represents what your state is all about. What is more important in the state of Kentucky then Horses and Louisville Slugger base ball bats. I would have put a tabacco plant but I just don't want to support that. :) I am sending this card off to Califorina. I hope that she likes it!
It has been awhile since I have had something to share with you all. I finally remembered to take a picture of the items before I sent them out. I love to do swaps with my crafty friends over at paper crafts magazine website. This is for a valentine's day swap where I had to make at least 5 items and send them to my swap partner. I made her an explosion box, a set of cards, a tin of nuggetcandies, photo clip, jumbo paper clips and a magnet. I also threw in a little crafting goody. I hope that she likes it. I really had a good time making it. I love valentine's day it is such a fun holiday to celebrate those that you love in your life. Weather they be friends or family. I hope that you all have a great one!
Over the weekend the new Smart Car dealership opened up here in Louisville. I just had to see what all the fuss was about. I have to say they are soooo cool. I totally want one. They are so fun. One the out side they look really small, but once you sit in it you will be totally amazed how much room there is. They also have crazy amounts of options, like sound systems and heated seats. There is even a convertible. We are considering getting one in the future. I think that it is the way to go. It is even better getting 41 mpg highway. 
To give you a true comparison on the size of this thing here is a picture of me next to it. I think that everyone should seriously look at them. Love you all!
I did however enjoy my time. As you can see in the picture below Spike and Luna enjoyed there days too. They truely love each other. I think that at least once a day I find them snuggled in some kind of pose. I am glad that have each other. Hope that everyone has a great day. I will try to update more tonight.
